individual therapy

collaborative, one-on-one sessions that honor your lived experience, cultural identity, and personal wisdom. together, we create a space grounded in trust, care, and mutual respect — supporting your healing, growth, and reconnection to self and community on your terms.

$ 200 – ninety minute session
$ 175 – sixty minute session

group therapy

a shared healing space rooted in community, connection, and collective care. group sessions are co-created to honor each person’s voice, lived experience, and cultural knowledge. together, we unlearn isolation, witness one another, and build relationships that support healing, resilience, and belonging.

clinical supervision

supervision is offered as a collaborative, relational space that centers reflection, cultural humility, and decolonial practice. this space invites emerging clinicians to explore their identities, values, and intuition while deepening their skills in ways that honor the communities they serve.

available for provisionally licensed clinicians in the state of Maryland (LGPC) seeking supervision rooted in social justice, relational accountability, and anti-oppressive frameworks.

$ 75 – individual clinical supervision
$ 50 – group clinical supervision

bariatric evaluations

a holistic evaluation to support informed decision-making around weight-loss surgery, with care taken to understand any emotional, mental, or social factors that may affect the person's well-being before, during, or after the procedure.

the assessment of experiences, needs, strengths, and possible challenges, with the goal of co-creating a supportive path for reconnection in the community after incarceration or involvement with the legal system.

court-ordered evaluations are used to provide the court with information regarding a defendant’s mental state, ability to stand trial, or potential for rehabilitation.
